When you apply to a new visit request, make sure you are able to commit to the date and time, location and services. The Homage Operator will then go through all applications and assign the most suitable Care Pro for the visit.

After application, you can check the Apply tab under "Applied" section to view your pending applications. Your applied visits will be marked as ‘Pending’, awaiting for the Homage Operator to assign you for the visit.

Upon the assignment of the visit, you will receive a notification that you have been assigned and it will appear in the Visits section of your app. The visit will then be marked as ‘Scheduled’.

Any cancellation/change of the care visit after it's assigned will be subject to our Cancellation & Change Policy.
