We understand unexpected situations may arise after care has been arranged.

You might need to make changes for the scheduled care visits, such as extensions and reduction of visit duration or changing the time and date of the visit(s).

You can get in touch with us to make the necessary changes to your scheduled care visits through

  1. calling our hotline at 016 299 2188. Our hotline is open daily from 9am - 5pm (Mondays to Fridays).
  2. emailing us at care_my@homage.co

When there are any changes to scheduled care visit, there will be no change fees when you have communicated the change more than 7 days from the start of the visit. 

No fees will be applied if

  1. the Care Pro originally assigned can commit to the changed care visit
  2. you will like to extend the duration of the scheduled care visit
