With every last-minute cancellation, no-show, and late case, the Care Recipients are unable to receive the care they have requested for. To ensure the continuity of care for our seniors and the nation, the following penalties apply:


  • Be very mindful before applying to any visits and commit to them once you’ve been assigned.

  • If circumstances arise where you have to cancel a visit, please follow these 3 simple cancellation steps:

1. Cancel the visit on your CarePro App

2. Inform Care Owners immediately via Chatgroup in the app or call

3. Inform Homage via WhatsApp
