Our Care Operators are constantly updated on the happenings during care visits and for any unexpected change in circumstances.

In the unlikely event that such situations arise during the delivery of care, please be assured that our Care Advisors and Operators will be there to provide full support to you and your loved one. Internal investigations will take place when required.

Proper insurance coverage is also present to safeguard care visits. We are fully insured for up to RM 3 million in general liability and another RM 3 million in professional liability coverage.
