When such occasions arise, you can contact our Care Advisor on the possibility to extend the care visit to your desired duration. Our Care Pro may agree to the request if he/she is available to continue caring for your loved one.

The service fee rate will be as per the initial scheduled visit according to the total number of caregiving hours provided.
