For each scheduled care visit, our Care Pros have committed their time to deliver care to your loved one. Cancellation fees are imposed when visits are cancelled to safeguard this commitment to care.

We empathise that caregiving situations may change at short notice. Should a cancellation be due to an unforeseen circumstance, you may appeal a cancellation fee by <submitting your reason here>. We review all waiver requests on a strictly case-by-case basis.
