We understand that unforeseen changes can arise after care is arranged for your loved one.

When visits are changed/cancelled more than 7 days from the scheduled visit date, we will not charge any fees to you.

For other change/cancellation to a scheduled care visit, a nominal fee will be reflected on your next invoice (as below);
