Our Finance team will reflect the cancellation/change fees incurred together with your regular service fee invoice(s), so that you can understand the fees involved at a glance.

The invoice will detail the visit(s) which the cancellation/change fees are applied to. Payment will only need to be made when you receive the invoice.
